## How we ranked them

Each weapon was used on the same three bosses, with the same gear. We looked at clear time, damage taken and how forgiving it feels when you mistime a dodge.

## Why the Lance dropped

**Patch note:** Lance thrust damage was reduced by 15 percent in Patch 1.4.

It is still playable, but it needs more setup than the others for the same result.
