What helps us answer faster

Corrections and dead codes. Spotted something wrong in a guide, or a code that has stopped working? Send the article link and what's wrong. This is the fastest way to get it fixed, and every guide shows the date it was last updated.

Guide requests. Tell us the game and what you're stuck on.

Review copies and press. We're happy to hear from developers and publishers. Read our Affiliate Disclosure page first so you know the terms: no payment, no pre-publication review, no approval over scores.

Membership and newsletter problems. Not getting emails? Check spam first, then tell us which address you signed up with.

Reporting illegal content or a privacy request. Use the same address and say so in the subject line. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Things we won't do

• Guest posts and link insertions. We don't accept them, at any price. Please don't ask twice.
• Removing or editing a negative review because you didn't like it. If we got a fact wrong we'll correct it, and we'll want evidence.
• Account recovery, boosting or item trades. We write guides; we can't get into your account or anyone else's.
